Security tightened in Chhattisgarh ahead of I-day

Security has been beefed up in the Naxal-hit areas of Chhattisgarh for tomorrow's Independence Day celebrations.
Chief Minister Raman Singh will unfurl the national flag at 9 am at Police Parade Ground here in the state capital.
He will take salute of the joint parade of state police, Chhattisgarh Armed Police, National Cadet Corps, National Service Scheme, Scout and Guide students.
Director General of Police Ramniwas said, "Police force has been asked to be prepared for any eventuality."
Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dharamlal Kaushik will unfurl the flag at Bilaspur district headquarters, while Deputy Speaker Narayan Chandel will hoist the flag in Janjgir.
