Selma Blair today quit Twitter after she used the social media platform to defend "Guardians of the Galaxy" director James Gunn, who was fired from the third installment of the franchise over a series of old offensive tweets.
The 46-year-old actor's last tweet reads: "So long. You can find me on Instagram. #Istandwithjamesgunn."
The actor may have dropped a hint about staying away from the microblogging site on Thursday when she shared a story with title "Was James Gunn the first undeserving victim of Hollywood's new zero-tolerance policy?"
She captioned the article: "Does anyone else have feelings about leaving Twitter?"
