ASI Bansi Lal was on his way back home this afternoon after drawing the money from Dabra Chowk branch of Punjab National Bank when the miscreants snatched his bag containing the booty, they said.
Though Lal, who is the in-charge of the security contingent of District and Session Judge, Hisar, raised an alarm and ran after the duo, but they managed to fled from the spot.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on, police added.
