Another man (dalal) operating outside the premises of sub-registrar office, Kapashera was also caught red handed while demanding and accepting bribe money following sting operations done by the complainants, said ACB's Additional Commissioner V Renganathan.
Six cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act have been registered and the accused persons were arrested.
Renganathan said that the Anti-Corruption Branch and Directorate of Vigilance were continuously making efforts to ensure immediate and stringent legal action against officials who indulge in corrupt practices on receipt of the complaints through the anti-corruption helpline.
The ACB, which was earlier reporting to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, is now reporting directly to Chief Secretary S K Srivastava.
Sources said the number of calls has come down from 1,500-2,000 per day during Kejriwal's government to just 500-600 a day after his resignation on February 14.
