Later, she also visited offices of Manger Scheduled Castes Welfare, Soil Development and Financial Corporation where she found District Manager Malkiat Singh, Assistant District Manager Dilbag Singh found absent.
She found none of the employees present in the office of Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation (Banfinco).
