Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who underwent an open-heart surgery in London a month back, will return to Pakistan tomorrow on a special plane.
"Prime Minister will Insha'Allah be arriving tomorrow evening. Allah has been Kind. Indebted for your kind prayers & wishes," Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz Sharif tweeted today.
The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced deputing a "dedicated aircraft" for London to bring the Prime Minister and his London camp office back to Pakistan.
PIA spokesman Danyal Gilani, in a statement, said, "Due to the Prime Minister's health issues, PM Office had partly been shifted to London where a camp office had been set up. Now, that the PM has recovered after his surgery and is allowed to travel, the whole camp office has to be shifted back to Pakistan."
The Prime Minister's wife, two sons and daughter Maryam will also return along with him.
Sharif was discharged from hospital on June 6 after he underwent an open-heart surgery on May 31.
The 66-year-old PML-N leader had gone to London on May 22 for a regular medical checkup but was diagnosed with a heart complication by doctors who suggested surgery.
This was Sharif's second cardiac procedure in five years.
Sharif is facing pressure from opposition political parties to step down after Panama Papers leak showed that his family members own undeclared offshore wealth and expensive property in London.
Sharif and his family have denied any wrongdoing.
