Sheraton Hotels and Resorts opens Sheraton Grand Pune

Sheraton Hotels and Resorts today announced the opening of Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel, a newly renovated property.
Owned by BrahmaCorp, Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel is the second 'Sheraton Grand' hotel in India and the fourth Sheraton hotel in the country, the hospitality company said in a release.
"We are thrilled to expand the Sheraton Grand presence in India with the opening of our second premier-tier hotel in the country. Online restaurant booking platform EazyDiner and travel site TripAdvisor today announced that they will collaborate to power instant reservations for over 2,200 leading restaurants across India.
This partnership will make restaurant discovery and reservations more convenient for Indians travelling domestically, while also enabling global travellers to find and confidently book tables, a release issued here said.
The collaboration also includes displaying TripAdvisor ratings and reviews on the EazyDiner platform as well as collecting restaurant reviews through its user base. --------------------------------------------------------- OYO launches 'Townhouse' in Hyderabad
Hospitality company OYO today introduced OYO Townhouse to Hyderabad, the fifth hotel under this portfolio since it was launched in January this year.
After this launch, OYO is planning to introduce OYO Townhouse hotels at other popular locations in the city, the company said in a release.
"This is our first Townhouse offering outside Delhi NCR and we are excited to choose Hyderabad for our debut outside home turf. Hyderabad has transformed into a cosmopolitan city representing a millennial outlook towards experiences and expectations. It delivers a seamless experience through a format that operates as 25 per cent hotel, 25 per cent home, 25 per cent cafe and 25 per cent merchandise store in one place," said OYO Founder and CEO Ritesh Agarwal.

Cab aggregator Ola today said it has tied-up with leading cricket academies in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune to provide 3-month cricket scholarships to children of driver partners.
"Children will be selected and given an opportunity to test and hone their skills under the guidance of professional cricket coaches, including former Ranji and national players," the company said in a statement.
