The exhibition, that started today, ends on October 16.
Vijay Satokar, the chairman of the organising committee of the event, said the paintings took 14 years to complete and were created by two artists under the guidance of Babasaheb Purandare, popularly known as Shivaji's bard.
A small-scale model of the Shivaji statue to be installed in the Arabian Sea, made by noted sculptor Ram Sutar, has been put on display.
A Marathi food festival and a cultural programme has also been organised alongside the event.
