The incident took place when the girl had gone to buy a jacket at the Yashwant Place shopping complex in the posh locality.
"The girl was trying on the jacket when the shopkeeper allegedly misbehaved with her, following which she made a PCR call," police said.
A case under Section 354 was registered at Chanakyapuri police station and the shopkeeper was arrested over the girl's complaint, police said, adding that inquiries were on into the matter.
