Film's producer Aanand L Rai shared the release date along with the first official photo of the movie featuring the lead pair.
"Seems they're almost there...Coming to you on 1st September! #ShubhMangalSaavdhan1stSEP (sic), Rai tweeted.
Directed by RS Prasanna, the film is jointly produced by Rai and Eros.
This is the third movie Ayushmann and Bhumi are working on after "Dum Laga Ke Haisha".
The actors also filmed a portion of "Manmarziyan", but the project was reportedly shelved after the first schedule.
