The Irish singer-songwriter took to her Facebook account on to post a snap of the magazine cover along with a harsh message directed at the pregnant reality star.
"What is she doing on the cover of Rolling Stone?" so Sinead, 48, wrote.
"Music has officially died. Who knew it would be Rolling Stone that murdered it? Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh can no longer be expected to take all the blame. Bob Dylan must be horrified. #BoycottRollingStone."
The musician's criticism surprisingly received a lot of support from Facebook users. One supporter commented, "Rolling Stone hasn't been about the music for a long while now."
Sinead is not the the first person blasting Kardashian over the magazine cover.
Earlier this month, KISS' Paul Stanley slammed the reality star on Twitter.
