Slight respite from cold conditions in Rajasthan

Rajasthan experienced slight respite from cold conditions as night temperatures increased marginally in parts of the state where Churu remained the coldest place with a minimum temperature at 3.2 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperatures at Mount Abu, Pilani, Sriganganagar, Jaipur, Ajmer and Bikaner were recorded at 4, 5.1, 5.2, 6, 8 and 8.3 degrees Celsius respectively, a MeT department report said.
Barmer's temperature settled at 9.3 degrees Celsius while Jaisalmer recorded 10.8 degrees Celsius.
MeT department has forcast that the weather conditions in the state would remain same with a possibility of ground frost at some areas during the next 24 hours.
