Special Judge Vibhawari Joshi yesterday handed the sentence to Raees Khan for possessing 50 grams of smack at the time of his arrest from near a bus stand on January 4, 2012, the prosecution said here today.
A fine of Rs 50,000 was also imposed on Raees.
A case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act was registered against him.
