Small sugar recovers in fresh demand

Small sugar prices recovered marginally at the Vashi wholesale market here today on fresh demand from stockists and bulk consumers.
While, medium sugar ruled mixed on alternate bouts of buying and selling.
Small sugar prices edged up by Rs 3 per quintal to Rs 3,582/3,735 from Thursday's close at Rs 3,582/3,732.
While, medium sugar prices quoted at Rs 3,652/3,866 as compared Rs 3,702/3,852 yesterday.
Following are today's closing rates for sugar (per quintal) with the previous rates given in brackets:
Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,582/3,735 (Rs 3,582/3,732).
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 3,652/3,866 (Rs 3,702/3,852).
