Smart Rider wins Brazil Plate

Smart Rider, ridden by Rajendra Singh, won the Brazil Plate, the prime event of the races here today.
The winner, owned by R M Lakshmanan, is trained by R Foley, who ended the day with a rich haul of five winners.
Jockeys Md Hesnain and Rajendra Singh rode two winners each.
Four favourites obliged in a card of nine events.
