Online marketplace Snapdeal today said it has partnered with Truecaller to enhance consumer experience by integrating Truecaller Priority in the company's IVR and order confirmation numbers.
Customers with Truecaller application installed on their mobiles will be able to easily identify and filter IVR or delivery verification calls when shopping on Snapdeal, it said in a statement here.
"It will help reduce a key friction point in the delivery process; ensuring that our customers don't miss out on any important calls from Snapdeal, and also increase the daily rate of deliveries for us by increasing the call completion rate," said Jayant Sood, Chief Customer Experience Officer, at Snapdeal.

He will be based out of the Delhi office and will handle the mandates for clients serviced out of Delhi NCR and Chennai.
"He will lead a very charged up team to produce some exciting creative work on various brands that we handle," ADK Fortune Head Subroto Pradhan said in a statement.
-------------------------------------------------- Traders oppose cash transaction charges by banks
Opposing the cash transaction charges by banks, Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) said this will discourage people from making digital payments.
This move will harm the general public more since savings and salary accounts are used by common man to discharge various obligations, CAIT said in a release.
"If digital payment is to be leveraged, the government must absorb transaction charges by subsidising the same to banks and effective incentive schemes must be announced to promote more and more digital payments in India. Trade associations and other such organisations should be taken into confidence for working in tandem with the government to promote digital payments," said CAIT National President B C Bhartia.
