A complaint was filed by one Barkat Bhai and his sisters to Ratlam Superintendent of Police Avinash Sharma following which a team under Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Neha Bharti was constituted and dispatched to Dharad village where the accused allegedly tried to grab the land, they said.
Riyazuddin along with his armed associates reached the village yesterday to grab the land on the basis of fake will. But police foiled the move and arrested them, City Superintendent of Police P S Ranawat said.
A case under relevant IPC sections and Arms Act has been registered against them and further probe into the matter is on, the SP added.
