The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 4.46 crore in the same period last fiscal, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Net sales during the quarter under review stood at Rs 389.25 crore as compared with Rs 351.58 crore in the same period last fiscal, up 10.71 per cent.
Total expenses during the third quarter were at Rs 369.53 crore as against Rs 335.28 crore in the same period last fiscal.
