The all-female led film, to be directed by Shashanka Ghosh of "Khoobsurat" fame, is being co-produced by Ekta Kapoor and Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor.

This will be the first time that the 31-year-old "Neerja" star and Kareena,35, will be seen sharing screen space. She has previously worked with Swara in films like "Raanjhanaa" and "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo".
