Sonia Gandhi to campaign in TN on Apr 16

In her first campaign tour of Tamil Nadu going to Lok Sabha polls on April 24, Congress President Sonia Gandhi will address a rally at Nagercoil in Kanyakumari constituency on April 16.
The UPA chairperson would address the rally at 3 pm, TNCC President B S Gnanadesikan said in a brief statement here.
Congress, deserted by its erstwhile ally DMK and others, is contesting all the 39 seats in the state on its own.
Party Vice-President Rahul Gandhi is also expected to campaign in the state soon, party sources said.
