SP Odisha unit demands probe into petrol pumps tampering with

The Odisha Unit of Samajwadi Party today demanded an inquiry into short-selling of petrol and diesel by allegedly tampering with the system in dispensing units by petrol pumps.
"We on behalf of Samajwadi Party Odisha State Committee draw your kind attention and request you to take an exemplary step in to aforesaid matter," said Samajwadi Party Odisha unit president Rabi Behera in a letter to Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
"We request you to make a thorough enquiry into such cheating by the petrol pump owners in Odisha," the letter said.
