The court of R K Choudhary, who had on August one summoned Tirkey to appear before him today, granted his petition seeking time to appear before it, and set September 13 as the next date.
Taking note of the closure report filed in May this year by the CBI following lack of evidence against Tirkey, the court had issued summons to him to place his side in the DA case pertaining to Rs 6.5 lakh, which was registered by the central investigating agency.
