"Directives have been issued to all district police chiefs to get the disputes that took place on Holika Dahan in past 10 years resolved or nab those involved in them," IG (Law and Order) R K Vishwakarma told reporters here.
He said the DGP has asked Superintendents of Police to remain alert otherwise they would be held responsible in case of any incident.
He said that besides PAC, personnel of Rapid Action Force have been deployed at sensitive places.
