Speical trains between Chennai-Tirunelveli to clear rush

A pair of special trains would be operated between Tirunelveli and Chennai on the main line on April 14 and 15 to clear extra rush of passengers.
The Chennai Egmore-bound special train would leave Tirunelveli at 6.15 pm on April 14 and reach the destination at 7.20 am the next day.
In the return direction, the train would leave Chennai Egmore at 10.45 pm on April 15 and arrive in Tirunelveli at 12.30 pm the next day, a railway release said today.
The trains will stop at Kovilpatti, Satur, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchchirappalli, Thanjavur, Kumbakonam, Mayiladuthurai, Chidambaram, Tirupadirippuliyur, Villupuram, Chengalpattu and Tambaram.
