A 61-year-old spinning mill owner was found murdered at his office, 67 km from here, police today said.
Police said three persons had called on Jaganathan, who owned eight spinning mills, at his office at Pallipalayam in the morning yesterday and he had sent the watchman for buying tea.
When the watchman returned, he found the mill owner in a pool of blood in his chair.
Police suspect some money transaction dispute for the murder.
