Stalin greets Jaya

DMK Treasurer M K Stalin, whose party was defeated by arch rival AIADMK for the second successive time in the assembly elections, today congratulated J Jayalalithaa for her party's win.
"We respect the people's verdict & will work as a responsible opposition party. I take this opportunity to congratulate Selvi (MS) J Jayalalithaa (sic)," he said in a tweet.
AIADMK, which routed DMK in 2011 elections, has maintained its electoral dominance against Karunanidhi-led party, winning all elections since then.
