The former President and Chairman of Marvel Comics , made the revelation on the eve of Comic-Con, reported Variety.
Lee, 93, is partnering with Keya Morgan and Michael Benaroya for the project.
"Its a pleasure to partner with Michael Benaroya and Keya Morgan on 'Nitron'. I am excited for everyone to explore the amazing world of 'Nitron' with us," he said.
"Nitron" revolves around a highly intelligent and advanced species of Nitronians, who covertly live on modern day Earth. The comic books will be released in January.
