Urad dal moved steeply by Rs.900 per quintal to Rs 15,900 from its last week's closing rate of Rs 15,000.
Thoor dal increased by Rs.400 per quintal to Rs.16.200 from Rs.15,800, its previous closing.
Sugar rose marginally by Rs.80 per quintal to Rs.3100 from Rs.3020 its closing rate.
Sooji(90 kg) was up by Rs.150 to Rs.3200 from Rs.3050.
Moong dal was down by Rs.200 per quintal to Rs.10,200 from its closing rate of Rs.10,400.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise):Thoor Dal Rs 16,200, Urad Dal Rs 15,900, Moong Dal Rs 10,200, Gram Dal Rs 6,500, Sugar Rs 3,100, Wheat Rs 3,000, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
