The victim, Rohit Kumar, was missing since yesterday. During a search operation, his strangulated body was found in nearby wood under Mansoorpur police station in the district, according to circle officer Dy SP D K Mittal.
He was found strangulated to death by unidentified miscreants, Mittal said, adding that the search is on to nab the accused.
The cause behind the murder is not yet known, he added.
