Kamboj said that he has written a letter to Additional Chief Secretary, Transport Department and directed to inform General Managers of Transport Department in all districts regarding the instructions.
He further said that it has been observed that conductors of Haryana Transport department give toffees to passengers in return of their balance of Rs one or Rs two.
"The solution for loose change would soon be found out," he added.
He said that a number of complaints had been received that conductors have made it a common practice to give toffees in lieu of the balance amount to the passengers.
The Minister said that for majority of the population that travels through buses value of Rs one or Rs two is important.
"Directions have been issued to immediately stop this practice in Roadways buses," he added.
Kamboj also said that complaints have been received regarding the bus drivers stopping their buses at private restaurants and hotels where the passengers have to pay fatter amount and eat whatever is being offered.
