Students try to forcibly enter Raj Bhavan

Agitating students today tried to storm the Raj Bhavan here in the afternoon demanding that the contents of the Framework Agreement between the Centre and the NSCN(IM) be made public.
The students, several dozens of them, were prevented from forcibly entering the premises of the Governor's complex by the security personnel deployed at the entrance gate, a senior police officer said.
Later, a few students, who urged the Governor to come and talk to them, were allowed to enter and meet Governor Najima Heptulla.
Heptulla told PTI that any agitator in the entire state who wanted to address grievances should give her in writing and that she "will warmly accept it and will be happy to convey it to the concerned authorities.
