Sudip undergoing treatment at city hospital

Trinamool Congress MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay, who reached here last evening after being granted bail by the Orissa High Court in the Rose Valley chit fund scam, is undergoing treatment at a hospital in the city.
"He (Sudip) is being investigated further for his ailments and an appropriate treatment will be initiated once the results come," a release issued by the hospital, where he was taken from the airport last evening, said.
According to a senior official at the hospital, who spoke on condition of anonymity, Bandyopadhyay has suffered a massive weight loss.
The Orissa High Court granted bail to Bandyopadhyay on May 19. He was arrested by the CBI for his alleged role in the Rose Valley Group chit fund scam.
