Residents in Bihar today reeled under sultry weather conditions though the weatherman predicted lights rains in Patna and other parts of the state in the next 24 hours.
The capital city had a high of 37 degrees. Gaya was the hottest place in the state, recording the maximum at 39.8 degrees. Bhagalpur's maximum was 36.1 degrees.
Humidity levels oscillated between 55 and 79 per cent.
The local MeT office predicted light rains in Patna and a few other parts of the state in the next 24 hours.
