Sumadhura Group plans projects in Pune, Chennai

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group today said it has plans to launch residential projects in Pune and Chennai in the next 2-3 years and is in the process of exploring land parcels in the two cities.
"We plan to launch residential projects in Pune and Chennai over the next two to three years... We are exploring land parcels," Sumadhura Group Chairman Madhusudhan G told reporters here.
Sumadhura Group today announced beginning of construction of 31-storeyed residential project 'Sumadhura Acropolis' in Gachibowli here.
Sumadhura Group is at present undertaking six residential projects in Bengaluru, with 2.5 million sq ft built-up area.

"Three of the ongoing projects will be completed by this December-end and two will be ready by May and June next year respectively while the sixth project will be over by March, 2018," he said.
The real estate developer is targeting a turnover of Rs 350 crore this fiscal.
