Inspector General of Police (public complaint) A Satish Ganesh said that a local court in Lucknow after hearing had ordered release of ISI agent Tehseen, who was arrested in the year 2006.
He said that in compliance of the court's order, Lucknow police was taking Tehseen for deportation to Pakistan via Atari border.
The IG said that during transit, Tehseen misbehaved with the police team after which a case was lodged and he has been sent to jail.
