Suspecting infidelity, man kills wife

Suspecting his wife of having an illicit relationship, a man allegedly strangulated her to death in Kulesra village here today, police said.
The deceased has been identified as Anuradha (26).
Her husband Anand Kumar has been arrested, police said.
Anand hit Anuradha with a hard object and she fell unconscious. He then strangulated her, they said.
During interrogation, Anand said he suspected Anuradha of having an illicit relationship and killed her in a fit of rage.
