The stock ended the day with a gain of 3.09 per cent at Rs 15.67 on BSE. During the day, it jumped 4.14 per cent to Rs 15.83.
On NSE, it went up by 2.63 per cent to close at Rs 15.60.
The company added Rs 236.23 crore to Rs 7,873.23 crore in market valuation.
On the volume front, 82.59 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and more than over two crore shares changed hands at NSE during the day.
According to the statement, with cumulative wind energy installations of over 15,500 MW worldwide, Suzlon operates across 17 countries and has over 1,700 customers across the globe.
