Swamy writes to ED on National Herald issue

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy today sought an investigation by Enforcement Directorate in the wake of an order by a Delhi court on a private criminal complaint filed by him against Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others in the National Herald case.
In a letter to Enforcement Director, he enclosed an order of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala House courts, on his complaint alleging various criminal offences in acquiring the assets of Associated Journals Limited, which ran the now-defunct National Herald newspaper by young Indian, a newly floated company, and sought a probe in this regard.
