Swaraj meets envoys of African countries

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today met Ambassadors of African countries as part of preparations for the upcoming India Africa Forum Summit (IAFS) to be held here in October.
Swaraj exchanged views with the Ambassadors about the summit.
Earlier, Minister of State for External Affairs V K Singh chaired a meeting with the African Ambassadors as part of preparations for the 3rd IAFS Summit.
The first IAFS summit was held here in 2008 and the second one in Addis Ababa in 2011, the capital city of Ethiopia.
India has invited 54 African countries to the summit.
