Redpath will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Target's office in Bengaluru, a company statement said.
Target India is an extension of Minneapolis-based Target Corporation with about 2,600 team members in fields including technology, marketing, human resources, finance and data analytics.
Redpath began her new role on September 19, 2017, and will be based in Bengaluru, the statement said.
Target India team members are engaged in work that supports the company's global strategy across business areas such as technology, marketing, human resources, finance, merchandising, supply chain, property development, analytics and reporting, it said.
