"I strongly condemn the killing of two youths Sayar Ahmad Sheikh of Ganowpora Shopian and Yawar Ahmad of Batengo, Anantnag today.
"I demand an immediate end to the killings spree," Tarigami said in a statement here.
The CPI(M) leader, who represents Kulgam constituency of south Kashmir in state assembly, said the fresh killings speak volumes of "inhuman and irresponsible" attitude of the administration towards protests in the Valley.
Tarigami said the government has not put an end to the use of pellet gun as a crowd control measure in Kashmir despite the assurance by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
