The dinner at the Crafts Museum in Pragati Maidan provided a traditional ambiance for the event in honour of African Heads of governments and States.
While the delectable vegetarian platter included Paneer Tikka, Subz Til Kebab and the famous Moti-e-Zamin, the main course comprised Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Panir Rihana, Adraki Gobhi, Dal Dera Ismail Khan and the host's favorite Vatana Muthia nu Shaak, served along with the choices of assorted Indian breads.
The non-vegetarian menu comprised the hotel's signature Kebab-e-Bannu, Tandoori Prawns and Pathar Kebab for starters while main course had Malabar Meen Curry, Murg Rihana and Dum ki Gosht Biryani in a flavorful combination of aromatic rice and lamb curry with special spices.
The beverage menu included refreshing Mint Sorbet and Qehwa/South Indian coffee while the sweet tooth cravings of the guests were taken care by delicious Stuffed Kala Jamun served along with Rabri, Saffron flavored Sandesh, Shrikhand and fresh fruits.
