Tata Housing launches Rs 800 crore project in Kolkata

After two luxury residential real estate projects at Rajarhat, Tata Housing has launched Rs 800 crore residential housing project in the city.
According to company estimates, the investment in the '117 BT Road' project at BT Road will be Rs 800-1,000 crore.
The project, spread over 25 acres, will have 2,000 apartments which will cost over Rs 40 lakh each.
The launch is made on the occasion of the National Home Buying Week between February 11-18.
During this period, a buyer will get a special home loan of 7.99 per cent for 5 years, the company said.
Post Singur episode, the state has been able to attract huge investment from the conglomerate in IT and real estate sectors.
