Tata Projects completes part 1 of Lucknow metro tunnelling

Infrastructure firm Tata Projects today said it has completed the first phase of tunnel boring for the Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation within five months.
The company was contracted for tunnel boring between the 812-meter long Lucknow Secretariat and Hazratganj stations, which the company said completed within five months of commencement.
Tata Projects will now install the tunnel boring machine Gomti to construct another tunnel between the Sachivalaya and Hussainganj stations as the next part of construction.

Mumbai: Future Consumer, the FMCG arm of the Future Group, today partnered with Swiss chocolatier Chocolat Frey to foray into the premium chocolate space under the brand Gruezi.
The initial range of gourmet offerings will include Swiss chocolates available in two packs Gruezi Swiss Matterhorn Chocolates and Gruezi Assorted Centre Filled Chocolates, both priced at Rs 450, the company said.
"We have plans to make Gruezi a Rs 50 crore plus brand
Within a year. There is a gap in the market with few chocolate gifting brands in the premium segment, Future Consumer's Rahul Kansal said.

Mumbai: Future Generali India Life today launched Assure Plus, which is a new flexible, non-linked, participating insurance plan.
The plan offers customers a dual benefit payout, one at the time of death and the other at the time of maturity, the company said, adding though the policy will continue in force even after the death of the policyholder the future premia will be waived off.
