The 24-year-old 'Love Story' hitmaker has sparked rumours that she quietly purchased director Peter Jackson's lavish apartments in the Tribeca area, reported Contactmusic.
Jackson, who has directed films like 'Lord of the Rings', had listed his apartments on the market last May for USD 20 million and according to official property records, he finally sold them to an unknown buyer last month.
The records reportedly show that both homes were sold to one mystery buyer, rumoured to be the young country singer.
The impressive property had five bedrooms and was Swift's fourth home.
