The 24-year-old "Lego House" singer and Swift, 25, will be hosting the party after the awards, and have hired out the 22,000 pounds-a-night Nobu Villa in the Caesar's Palace hotel, which Sheeran may have chosen for its ginger-scented rooms, reported Washington Post.
The 10,500ft venue has its own bar, sauna and rooftop garden with whirlpool tub, and is expected to play host to the likes of Hozier, Lorde and Swift's boyfriend Calvin Harris at the weekend.
The group will also include Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss and Lena Dunham.
