Teachers found in compromising position, villagers lock school

Locals today locked the gate of a government middle school in Sirashgarh area after they found a teacher in compromising position with his female colleague, officials said.
Having found the teachers in objectionable position, some students informed the matter to the village head and other villagers, they said.
The villagers rushed to the school and found the teachers in compromising position in a room. Infuriated, they locked the main gate of the school, demanding suspension of the teachers, the officials said.
Later, Barara SDM Jaideep Kumar and District Education Officer Paramjeet Sharma reached the school and assured the villagers that strict action would be taken if the teachers were found guilty.

The villagers have threatened to block Ambala-Jagadhari highway if immediate action was not taken against the teachers.
