"Power supply tripped on the Noida City Centre-Dwarka Line at about 11:45 pm due to the snag... Our engineers are trying to restore the supply," an official of the DMRC said.
The incident took place when a Dwarka-bound train was entering the underground section of the line near Mandi House, he said.
Station Controller at Mandi House said, "The train in whose overhead cable the fault occurred, triggering the power supply tripping, has been stationed."
Passengers at Mandi House were left stranded for a while, an eyewitness said.
