Teenage girl set ablaze for resisting harassment

A 16-year-old girl was set ablaze allegedly by three youths after she objected to them harassing her in Mohammadpur Kashi village in the district, police said today.
The girl sustained 85 per cent burn injuries after being set ablaze yesterday and her condition was stated to be serious by the hospital authorities, police said.
FIR has been registered in the matter and a manhunt has been launched to nab the accused, Circle Officer Amar Singh said.
