Telangana Rashtra Samithi President K Chandrasekhar Rao today said the Centre should complete the process of formation of separate Telangana "as early as possible so that animosities don't grow between Telangana and Seemandhra regions."

The request came in the wake of criticism against him by leaders of BJP, CPI and others over his alleged comments against Seemandhra during a public meeting here on Sunday.

Noting that he did not describe Seemandhra people as "demons" as being said, the TRS president, however, noted that he would definitely find fault with those allegedly trying to stall the formation of separate Telangana.

Asked if he would support BJP in future, he said it was not the time to talk about the issue now.

Replying to a query, he said Telangana supporters would definitely try to stop the public meeting proposed to be organised by YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in support of united Andhra in Hyderabad.

Asked about his recent remarks that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy may not continue in his post beyond October 6, he said, "I said in a public meeting (on Sunday) that the plug will be pulled out. Let's see who will pull out that plug and how."

Asked if he saw the possibility of President rule being imposed in the state in view of the prevailing situation, he claimed that anything is possible.

The Congress Working Committee (CWC) had endorsed the separate Telangana demand on July 30.
